Lone Tree Golf Club & Hotel provides a seamless transition from ceremony to reception. Your outside ceremony can take place in our wedding garden adorned with a grand pergola surrounded by mature Colorado-inspired landscaping and a paved aisle. The large covered deck overlooking the lush, Arnold Palmer 18-hole championship golf course is perfect for cocktail hour, followed by dinner in the dining room. Finally, the fireplace lounge with its built in dance floor and tall ceilings is the perfect place to dance the night away before retiring in one of the 15 well-appointed, boutique hotel suites.

Wedding planning will be easy with our in-house wedding coordinator who will guide you through the details and decisions and can connect you with local, trusted vendors to ensure your wedding will be perfect. All weddings are fully customized and include a variety of exquisite, seasonal menu selections. Corporate Meetings & Events

Let the Lone Tree Golf Club & Hotel professional event managers plan and execute your next event in one of our five meeting spaces. Whether you are looking for a half-day meeting, week-long conference or a weekend retreat, we can accommodate you. Our in-house, full service kitchen provides buffets and gourmet sit-down breakfasts, lunches and dinners.  The Lone Tree Bar and Grill also offers meal options from our more casual grill menu, as well as evening happy hour drink and dinner specials.

Meeting Space

Each meeting offers room setup and teardown, which includes tables, chairs, linens, mounted monitor screen with HDMI connection, free WIFI access, audio visual service and equipment.

The Lone Tree Conference Room is located on the lower level and offers 1,186 square feet of space. It accommodates up to 75 people. Arrange your meeting or training space in a variety of seating options.

The Board Room located on our main floor offers 304 square feet of space and accommodates up to 16 people.  Lead your power meeting on our large conference table that seats up to 10 people, allowing additional seating along the perimeters of the room.

The South Conference Room located on our main floor offers 567 square feet of space and accommodates up to 24 people. Arrange your meeting or training space in a variety of seating options.

Expanded Meeting Space

 

The Dining Room located on the lower level offers 1,879 square feet of open space, with surround sound and an outdoor covered patio. It can accommodate up to 100-120 people. Start your meeting with a social hour and hors d’oeuvres, complete with a private bar.

The Lounge located the main floor offers 2,542 square feet of open air space, equipped with surround sound audio and an outdoor covered patio to accommodate up to 100 people. Host your next meeting with a private bar, hors d’oeuvres and extend your hospitality with a seated or buffet dinner.

Our quaint 15 room hotel offers spacious rooms for overnight stays or extended lodging. Fitted with an array of room options, from double to king beds, each room provides spacious relaxation from a busy day. Enjoy the sights of the evening on your own private balcony and and watch the sunset meet the green.
