Beginning May 4, South Suburban will implement a new No Show and Short Show policy for golf courses at Family Sports, Littleton, Lone Tree, and South Suburban. The policy will increase accountability across the District and align with industry standards.
Tee Time Booking Changes
Guests will be required to put a credit card on file when booking a tee time, and cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance through their online account, by phone, or in person. Guests must also check in at least 15 minutes prior to their tee time.
Cancellation or Short Show Fees
In the instance of a No Show or Short Show, a fee will be charged to the card on file at the Resident Adult Green Fee rate in effect for the reservation date (see table below) for each player who does not check in at least 15 minutes prior to the tee time. Discounted rates and passes do not apply, and the individual making the reservation is responsible for all fees.
